Nature of the opportunity

EasyWebHosting.co.uk and EasyWebHosting.uk are offered together as a matching domain pair with a conceptual brand presentation. Unless expressly included in a signed written agreement, the sale does not include an operating business, company, trademark registration, customer list, hosting infrastructure, stock, revenue or other assets.

Price and payment

The advertised outright price for both domains together is £2,495 and no VAT is applicable. Outright transactions may be completed through Escrow.com. Instalment options may be arranged through DAN: 12 months at the stated price, 24 months with 10% added, or 36 months with 20% added. Platform terms, fees and rounding may affect the final payment schedule.

Lease to own

Under an agreed lease-to-own arrangement, the buyer may use both domains while payments remain current. Legal ownership remains with the seller until all payments and applicable obligations are complete. Missed payments, cancellation and domain-control provisions are governed by the signed agreement and platform terms.

Transfer and checks

Completion is subject to cleared payment, buyer verification where required and receipt of suitable registrar details. The buyer is responsible for its own legal, technical, commercial and trademark checks before acquisition or use.

No binding offer

Website content and form submissions are invitations to discuss and do not create a binding agreement. A transaction becomes binding only under the final written terms accepted by both parties.

Law

Unless the final agreement says otherwise, these website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
